  • After twelve years of trying to get help from our condo association, we finally turned to Ghassan Hasan for help. The people who lived in the condo above us were violating the CC&Rs and causing a nuisance by not only on drugs but selling drugs all hours of the day and night.   • I found myself in a legal situation where I was being taken advantage of by a property Management company and the specialist Lawyer they had hired for his reputation and experience in misusing the laws pertaining to mobile home ownership and tenancy in mobile home parks. I had already hired another lawyer to defend the tenants I had in my mobile home and she tried to defend the tenants but they were no longer secure in their home and decided to move. The property management now wanted to take ownership of my mobile home through misuse of the law and aggressive intimidating tactics.
